•1. Participants must be active students of Ciputra University, as evidenced by showing their Student ID Card (KTM) or a letter of active enrollment from their respective faculties.
•2. All participants are required to show their Student ID Card (KTM) during registration.
•3. Participants are representatives from each faculty or study program at Ciputra University.
•4. Participants are required to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled match time for re-registration and warm-up.
•5. Each faculty is required to send at least one representative in the Mixed Doubles category.
•6. Minimum total representation per faculty: 2 players.
•7. Participants are required to attend the opening and closing ceremonies of Rector Cup 2026.
